Sammlung Lothar Schirmer

The international known publisher Lothar Schirmer is also a passioned collector of photographs by Hilla and Bernd Becher and the photographers of the "Düsseldorfer Fotoschule". He presents 84 of his pictures of Candida Höfer, Thomas Struth, Axel Hütte, Jörg Sasse, Laurenz Berges, Elger Esser, Ulrich Gambke, Andreas Gursky, Simone Nieweg and Petra Wunderlich the first time in Munich. We were allowed to make one of the rare interviews with Hilla Becher. Thank you!
